TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-0908-MF-845  wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, was Plaintiff, and Robert L. Tiedge, Donna Murray Tiedge, CMS Properties, LLC, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and the State of Indiana, Department of State Revenue, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of June, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 West Main, Warsaw, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
    Tract No. 1: Family Unit B2W, including Porch/Patio B2W, Carport Suite B2W in Bay Point Wawasee East Phase II Horizontal Property Regime as recorded in Miscellaneous Record 49, page 295-6 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Tract No. II: An undivided 6.042 percent in and to the common areas and facilities as described in Declaration recorded in the 18th day of November, 1971 in Miscellaneous Record 49, page 295 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and Bay Point Wawasee East Phase II Horizontal Property Regime, Phase II, "Site Development Plan", filed for record in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana on November 18, 1971 in Horizontal Property Plan File Number 3, said "Site Development Plan" being also recorded in Miscellaneous Record 49, page 296, in said Recorder's Office.
    Commonly known as: 8960 East Hatchery Road, Unit B2W, Syracuse, Indiana 46567.
