NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1008-MF-726 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and  Mathew A. Mikel and American General Financial Services, Inc. f/k/a American General Finance were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of January, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract of land located in the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 35, township 32 north, range 4 east, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said section, which point is also the intersection of the centerline of State Road No. 25 with the east boundary line of Bowman's Addition to the town of Mentone; and running thence east 116 1/2 feet; thence north 215 feet; thence west 116 1/2 feet; thence south 215 feet to the place of beginning, and containing .61 acres more or less.
