By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1008-MF-704 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon formerly known as The Bank of New York as successor Trustee to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asst Backed Securities Trust 2005-SD4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-SD4 was Plaintiff, and Juan Jose Fuentes and Oralia Fuentes, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23RD day of JULY , 2013, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
LOT NUMBER ELEVEN (11) IN THE FIRST ADDITION TO CARR`S PLAT NEAR WARSAW, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 63, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
More commonly known as: 2750 S State Road 15, Warsaw, IN 46580
Parcel No. 43-11-30-200-728.000-031
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
"Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 43D03-1008-MF-704 in the Superior Court of the County of Kosciusko, Indiana."
