NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE STATE OF INDIANA SS: KOSCIUSKO COUNTY MUTUAL BANK, Plaintiff vs. MARC H. PULVER; RICHARD A. ROHR; JAMES E. ROSE; TEXTRON FINANCIAL CORPORATION; FAIRMONT HOMES, INC.; FINANCIAL SERVICES OF WHITLEY COUNTY, INC. a/k/a THE COLLECTION COMPANY; MARTIN E. SEIFERT, BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE; and TREASURER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO.: 43CO1-0807-MF-354 By virtue of a certified copy of a judgment and decree to me directed, from the Clerk's office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Mutual Bank, formerly known as Mutual Federal Savings Bank, is Plaintiff and Marc H. Pulver, Richard A. Rohr, James E. Ros, Textron Financial Corporation, Fairmont Homes, Inc., Financial Services of Whitley County, Inc. a/k/a The Collection Company, Martin E. Seifer, Bankruptcy Trustee, and Treasurer of Kosciusko County, Indiana, are Defendants requiring me to make the sum of $494,894.34, with interest on said decree and costs, I will expose at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the following described real estate, to wit: Part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 87 degrees 52 minutes East, on and along the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 63.4 feet to an iron pin found at the point of intersection with the Easterly right-of-way of said Indiana State Road #15; thence South 00 degrees 56 minutes East (Indiana State Highway bearing and is used as the basis of bearing in this description), on and along said Easterly right-of-way line and parallel to the West line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 332.7 feet to an iron pin found at the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 00 degrees 56 minutes East, on and along said Easterly right-of-way line and parallel to said West line, a distance of 332.7 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 88 degrees 19 minutes 55 seconds East (recorded North 88 degrees 46 minutes 45 seconds East), a distance of 1282.67 feet (recorded 1282.6 feet) to an iron pin on the East line of said West half; thence North 01 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West, on and along said East line, a distance of 343.1 feet to an iron pin found, being situated South 01 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East (recorded South 01 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West), a distance of 332.8 feet from a rail iron post found at the Northeast comer of said West half; thence South 87 degrees 52 minutes West and parallel to the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1282.0 feet to the true point of beginning, Commonly known as 4916 N.
