By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1004-MF-339 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-16 was Plaintiff and David Forsythe; Beneficial Financial I, Inc., Successor by Merger to Beneficial Indiana Inc., D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., State of Indiana; Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 34 north, range 6 east, in VanBuren Township, described as follows, tow it: Beginning 80 rods north of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said section 8, thence south 550 feet, thence west 200 feet to the principal place of beginning, thence south 125 feet; thence west 175 feet, thence north 125 feet; thence east 175 feet to the place of beginning. The same being lot number 5 in the unrecorded plat of the R. and R. Miller Addition near Milford, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 12631 North 60 West, Milford, IN 46542-9762.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
