By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1211-MF-296 wherein US Bank National Association as trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-17XS was Plaintiff, and Wanda L. Colon, et al. was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25 day of June, 2013 at the hour(s) of 10 A.M., of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
TRACT NUMBER 28 AS SET OUT IN "SURVEY OF PART OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST", SAID SURVEY BEING DATED MARCH 4, 1961, RECORDED MARCH 6, 1961, IN MISCELLANEOUS RECORD 39, PAGE 524 OF THE RECORDS OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, SAID TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT SURVEY STEEL POST NUMBER 23; THENCE SOUTH 62 DEGREES 12 MINUTES EAST 39 FEET TO A STEEL POST SUNK IN CONCRETE (WHICH IS A JOINT CORNER WITH TRACTS 28 AND C ON SAID SURVEY); THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE JOINT LINE BETWEEN SAID TRACTS NUMBER 28 AND C, 50 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF WILSON DRIVE; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF WILSON DRIVE, 70 FEET TO A STEEL POST SUNK IN CONCRETE (WHICH IS A JOINT CORNER WITH TRACTS 27 AND 28 ON SAID SURVEY); THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON THE JOINT LINE OF SAID SURVEY TRACTS NUMBER 27 AND 28, 56.92 FEET TO A STEEL POST SUNK IN CONCRETE; THENCE SOUTH 67 DEGREES 20 MINUTES EAST 41.85 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. ALSO, ALL LAND LYING BETWEEN SAID SURVEY TRACT NUMBER 28 AND THE LOW WATER MARK OF THE CHANNEL SHOWN ON SAID SURVEY.
