NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1111-MF-261 wherein Bank of America, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Jamie L. VanLue, Melissa D. VanLue and Beneficial Financial I Inc., successor by merger to Beneficial Indiana, Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of   April, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lot Number Thirteen (13) in the Second Addition to Potawatomi Heights, said plat recorded in Plat Book 7, page 65 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    More commonly known as 1204 N Algonquin Dr, Syracuse, IN 46567-2101
    Parcel No. 43-04-05-400-108.000-026
    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
