By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in cause No. 43C01-1110-MF-230, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22 was Plaintiff, and Stacy E. McAdams, North Winds Property Owners Association, Warsaw Place Apts aka Kuder Estates Apts, Advance America, Martin Financial Management, PNC Mortgage and Settlement Funding, LLC were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. local time of said day, at, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
LOT NUMBERED FIFTY-SEVEN (57) IN THE PLAT OF THE NORTH WINDS, SECTION 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 38, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
