By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1301-MF-21 wherein U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee on behalf of Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1999-3 by GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC f/k/a Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp. as Servicer was Plaintiff, and Tony L. Miller, Tami L. Miller and Beneficial Financial I Inc., f/k/a Beneficial Indiana, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of June, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. of said day, at the Sheriff’s Department, 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 3 in Kuhn's Park Subdivision as per Plat Book 8, page 34, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 78 EMS B 6 Lane, Leesburg, IN 46538.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, as well as the Mobile Home present thereon which is described as: a 1999 Mobile Home, serial/VIN number MY9949557ABW and appurtenances, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This sale is subject to the one hundred twenty (120) day right of redemption of the United States, if applicable, pursuant to Title 28 United States Code Section 2410(c).
