Main St., Warsaw, IN, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Lot number thirteen (13) in the original plat of the Town of North Webster, less and excepting therefrom the north twenty-two (22) feet thereof. More commonly known as 229 S. Main Street, North Webster, IN 46555.
