    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1101-MF-2,  wherein Financial Freedom Acquisition LLC  wasJoseph G. Howell and Cathryn O. Howell were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of March, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
    Lot number thirteen (13) in the original plat of the Town of North Webster, less and excepting therefrom the north twenty-two (22) feet thereof. More commonly known as 229 S. Main Street, North Webster, IN 46555.
