By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1207-MF-180 wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Chad M. Adkins a/k/a Chad Michael Adkins, Landis S. Adkins a/k/a Landis Shaw Adkins a/k/a Landis Shaw Woodward, Arrow Financial Services, LLC and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of March, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
BEGINNING 819 FEET N 82° 15’ WEST OF AN IRON STAKE ON THE CENTER LINE OF A PUBLIC HIGHWAY AT A POINT 86 FEET EAST AND 594 1/2 FEET SOUTH OF THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 33N, RANGE 7E, AND RUNNING THENCE N 15° 30’ EAST 107.7 FEET; THENCE N 85° 26’ WEST 99.5 FEET; THENCE S 2° 30’ WEST 160.9 FEET TO THE BANK OF A CANAL; THENCE S 82° 15' EAST 58.6 FEET; THENCE N 15° 30’ EAST 60 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING IN KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, ALL IN THE STATE OF INDIANA.
