    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0904-MF-178 wherein US Bank National Association, as trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Series 2005-AR1 was Plaintiff, and  Frances E. Correll, Wallace M. Correll and Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A. f/k/a First Union National Bank of Delaware were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of June, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 W.
