    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1108-MF-171 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE5 was Plaintiff, and Daryla Monesmith, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   23rd   day of    April , 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    LOT NUMBER SEVENTEEN (17) IN BROOKWOOD ADDITION, NEAR WARSAW, INDIANA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124, IN THE RECORDER`S OFFICE OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.
    SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
    More commonly known as: 1819 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580
    Parcel No. 43-11-07-400-225.000-031
    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
