By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in cause No. 43D03-1108-MF-170, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-SD2 was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Violet R. Oest and Associates Financial Services Co.
