By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1206-MF-163 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-AQ1 was Plaintiff, and Jarrod Peace and Wendi Peace were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HARRISON STREET IN SYRACUSE, INDIANA, WHICH IS 216 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SAID HARRISON STREET AND THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID NORTHEAST QUARTER, MARKED BY AN IRON PIPE AND RUNNING THENCE EAST 140 FEET FOR A PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 39.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 20 FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 FEET; THENCE EAST 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 79.75 FEET; THENCE WEST 140 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
