NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1106-MF-00134 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Countrywide Asset-Backed Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22 was Plaintiff, and Sherri L. Satur a/k/a Sherri L. Warner a/k/a Sherri L. Squires; Ginter Electric Service Inc.; Collecto Services, LLC; First Financial Investment Fund I, LLC; Indiana Receivables Incorporated; Communitywide Federal Credit Union; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25 day of June, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    The East 10 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 30 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a county monument found at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, being within the right-of-way of County Road 600 West, a distance of 1,314.97 feet to a P.K. nail found at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 01 seconds West, on and along the North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, being within the bank of an open ditch, a distance of 327.0 feet to a  point; thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 45 seconds West, on and along a line established by an existing line fence, a distance of 1,312.97 feet to a P.K. nail on the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East, on and along said South line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 1300 South, a distance of 329.95 feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.908 acres of land, more or less.
    More commonly known as: 12961 South 600 West, Silver Lake, IN  46982-9214

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
