By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0912-MF-1222 wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing LP was Plaintiff and Jason A. McKinnney; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; American General Financial Services, Inc; ISPC; Hilco Receivables, LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot 28 in the original plat of Town of Mentone, as recorded in plat book 3, page 342 in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 204 South Walnut Street, Mentone, IN 46539-9394
Parcel No. 016-013-046
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
