Lee, a/k/a Traci Lee Godbey, deceased; Tim Godbey, a/k/a Timothy W. Godbey, Heir of Traci S. Lee, a/k/a Traci Lee Godbey; Gabrielle Simone Lee, Heir of Traci S. Lee, a/k/a Traci Lee Godbey; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Traci S. Lee, a/k/a Traci Lee Godbey; Estate of Traci S. Lee, a/k/a Traci Lee Godbey; State of Indiana; Enchanted Hills Community Association, Inc.; EMC Mortgage, LLC, F/K/A EMC Mortgage Corporation; Capital One, NA, Successor by Merger to Capital One, F.S.B.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of October, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
