NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1302-MF-040 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor Trustee to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, As Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2003-1, NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-1 was Plaintiff, and Christopher E. Kindig, Sharon L. Kindig, Beneficial Financial I Inc. f/k/a Beneficial Indiana, Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. and Kosciusko Community Hospital were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of   October, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 32 North, Range 5 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly as follows:  Beginning on the North line of Section 10 at a point 152.00 feet West (assumed bearing) of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section; thence South 1 degree East 123.82 feet; thence South 27 degrees 28 minutes East 161.35 feet thence South 2 degrees 14 minutes East 84.13 feet; thence South 46 degrees 22 minutes West 69.33 feet; thence South 24 degrees 56 minutes West 148.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 53 minutes East 193.80 feet; thence West 157.87 feet; thence North 0 degrees 42 minutes East along a fence 727.00 feet to a P.K. nail on the North line of Section 10; thence East (assumed bearing) along the North line of said Section 178.00 feet to the Place of Beginning.

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
