By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, on Cause No. 43D03-1211-MF-0294 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc., Successor By Merger To Beneficial Indiana Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., was Plaintiff and Juan A. Perales, Sylvia M. Perales, American General Finance, Inc. F/K/A Springleaf Financial Services of Indiana, Inc., The Collection Company, Snow & Sauerteig, LLP., Helvey & Associates, Inc. and AIS Services, LLC., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on August 26, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Sheriff Department, 221 W Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number (Two) 2, Block 4, in Piper's Melody Acres, as recorded thereof in Plat Book 5, page 70, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
