NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1210-MF-0282 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Wendy Steller, Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. Kosciusko County Emergency Home Repair Fund, Kosciusko Community Hospital, Helvey and Associates Inc, Martin Financial Management Inc. and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of   September, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.,  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    The East One-half (1/2) of Lot Twenty-five (25) in Graves Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    More commonly known as 603 E Winona Ave, Warsaw, IN 46580-4506
    Parcel No. 004-040-207
    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
