By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, on Cause No. 43C01-1306-MF-0128 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc. Successor By Merger To Beneficial Indiana, Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., was Plaintiff and Charles Lewallen , Community Wide Federal Credit Union and CACH, LLC., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 24, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Sheriff Department, 221 W Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in the Second Addition to Courtland Park, a Plat in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 380A, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.
