By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1212-MF-00318 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc., successor by merger to Beneficial Indiana Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. was Plaintiff, and Shelley D. Boggs a/k/a Shelley Denise Scholar, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number Thirty-four (34) in Shipley's Addition to the Town of Claypool, as recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 362A, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 202 N Main St, Claypool, IN 46510

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
