By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1112-MF-00278, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of the Security National Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1 was Plaintiff, and Gary Charles Osborn, et al., were the Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2013., at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Exhibit A: Parcel No. 1: Lot numbered forty-six (46) in the Partial Plat of the Second Addition to Backwater Gardens on Webster Lake, K.C.I., as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 48, of the records of Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana.
Parcel No. 2: Lot number forty-eight (48) in Second Addition to Backwater Gardens on Webster Lake, K.C.I.
State Parcel No. 43-08-13-300-209-000-023
More commonly known as 172 EMS West 23 Lane, North Webster, IN 46555.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
All sales are subject to any first and prior liens, taxes and assessments legally levied and assessed thereon. Neither the Sheriff nor the Plaintiff in this case warrants either expressly or implied any title, location or legal description of any real estate sold at the sale. Any prospective bidder should obtain their own title evidence before making any bid or any properties subject to this sale.
