By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court #3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0901-MF-00085 wherein Bank of America, NA, Successor by Merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB was Plaintiff, and Janice Smith, Richard Smith, Nancy J. (Henz) Strickland, Anthony Wayne Credit Adjusters, Centennial Cellular Tri State dba Centennial Wireless, Chastity R. Rice, Dave Bartley, AKA David Bartley, Martin Financial Management, Inc., Amy R. Smith, Lois E. Delong and State of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of May, 2014, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot number 13 in Hill Top Addition on Block 6 of Myrtle Glen Park, Silver Lake, Indiana. Also, the West 6 feet of Lot Numbered 12 in Hill Top Addition of Block 4 of Myrtle Glen Park, Silver Lake, Indiana
Commonly known address: 3265 Hilltop Lane, Silver Lake, IN 46982
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
