By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, on Cause No. 43C01-1301-MF-0008 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc., Successor By Merger To Beneficial Indiana Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., was Plaintiff and Bonnie D. Slone was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 26, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Sheriff Department, 221 W Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
TRACT I: Commencing 30 rods West of the Northeast corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, and running thence South 27 rods; thence South 45° West, 17 rods and 9 links; thence North 39 rods; thence East 12 rods to the place of beginning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following tract: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the above-described tract or 42 rods West of the point of beginning of the first described tract; thence running South 14 rods and 14 feet; thence East 3 rods and 8 feet; thence North 14 rods and 14 feet; thence West 3 rods and 8 feet to the place of beginning.
TRACT II: Commencing at a point 42 rods West of the Northeast corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 32 North of Range 6 East; thence South 14 rods and 14 feet; thence East 3 rods and 8 feet; thence North 14 rods and 14 feet; thence West 3 rods and 8 feet to the place of beginning. Subject to all covenants, easements or restrictions of record and all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights of tile and drainage ditches.
SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.
