By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 43D03-1303-MF-00068, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-1, was Plaintiff, and Mark W. Wiggs a/k/a Mark William Wiggs, Kristina E. Lyons, Allen Collections, Inc., Reed and Earhart Attorneys, American General Financial Services, Rockhill Pinnick LLP, Lake City Animal Clinic, and the State of Indiana Through Its Department of Revenue was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of March, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
