By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, on Cause No. 43D03-1309-MF-000182 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2, was Plaintiff and William V. Baisden AKA Bill V. Baisden was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 22, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Sheriff Department, 221 W Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
LOTS NUMBERED THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) IN BLOCK NUMBER THIRTY-SIX (36), ALL IN KEITH'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF PIERCETON.
SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.
