By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, on Cause No. 43C01-1308-MF-000144 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc., Successor By Merger To Beneficial Indiana Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., was Plaintiff and Brian Dombkowski, Barbara Dombkowski, , State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, and United States of America, Internal Revenue Service, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 24, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at Sheriff Department, 221 W Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 1 in Shull Addition of Outlot 1 of Shull Amended Subdivision Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 76 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
