By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1201-MF-6 wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-WF1 was Plaintiff, and Stacy Boone and Jennifer Boone were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number One Hundred Seventeen (117) in Williams Addition to the Town, now city of Warsaw, as recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 13 and 35 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 1421 E Main St, Warsaw, IN 46580-3553
Parcel No. 43-11-09-300-592.000-032
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
