NOTICE is hereby given that the mobile homes hereinafter described will be offered for sale by auction on the 6th day of March 2012 at 4:00 o'clock p.m. at the office of Meeks Whispering Pines Inc located at 340 E Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, In 46582 unless redeemed by the payment of the lien as provided by law.
Mecks Whispering Pines, Inc, an Indiana Corporation, 340 E Levi Lee Road, WP98, Warsaw, IN 46582, is the holder of liens upon the mobile homes being sold hereunder pursuant to the provisions of I.C.. 16-41-27-29 and are causing the mobile homes to be sold and this notice is to be issued pursuant to LC. 32-33-6-1. The mobile homes are available for inspection at Meeks Whispering Pines located at 340 E. Levi Lee Road, WP98, Warsaw, In 46582 at the lot number identified with the mobile home hereunder.
The mobile homes to be sold are identified hereunder followed by the names of those persons or entities whom the lien holder believes may have an interest in the mobile home. The ownership and lien rights of anyone having an interest in the mobile homes will be lost and foreclosed upon sale.
The mobile homes to be sold the lot at which it is located the lien amount as of January 6th 2012, and persons known to the lien holder who may have an interest in the mobile home are as follows:
