NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SUBDIVISION PLAT TOWN OF WINONA LAKE PLAN COMMISSION TO: Property Owners of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, and All Interested Persons NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of October, 2008 at 4:30 o'clock, at the Town Community Building in the Town of Winona Lake, located at 1590 Park Avenue, to consider a proposed subdivision plat in the Town of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana. The following geographic areas constitute the proposed subdivision to be know as "Lawns of the Courts:" A rectangular tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township, Town of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, said tract shown as Tennis Courts-Croquet Grounds in the First Amended and Additional Plat of Winona Park, now the Incorporated Town of Winona Lake, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot #125 in said plat: thence South 00°06'00" East (recorded South 00°03'04" East) along the West line of said Lot #125, 20.00 feet to a point; thence South 89°54'35" West (recorded South 90°00'00" West), 20.00 feet to a Kimpel capped 5/8" rebar and the Point of Beginning; thence South 00°06'00" East, parallel to the West line of Lots #125, 126, 127, and 128 in said plat, 177.16 feet (recorded South 00°03'04" East, 177.39 feet) to a Kimpel capped 5/8" rebar; thence South 90°00'00" West (recorded and used as the Basis of Bearings), parallel with the North line of Lots #131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and 136 in said plat, 215.23 feet (recorded 215.88 feet) to a Kimpel called 5/8" rebar; thence North 00°02'13" East, parallel with the East line of Lots #112, 113, 114, and 115 in said plat, 177.50 feet (recorded North 00°03'04" West, 177.39 feet) to a Kimpel capped 5/8" rebar; thence South 89°54'35" East, parallel with Lots #117, 118, 119, 120, 121, and 122 in said plat, 214.81 feet (recorded North 90°00'00" East, 215.88 feet) to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.88 acres more or less. Subject to all covenants, easements, or restrictions of record and all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights of tile and drainage ditches. Any person may appear at the hearing in person and be heard. Written comments and objections may be filed with Secretary of the Winona Lake Plan Commission, at PO Box 338, Winona Lake, Indiana, at the hearing or any time prior thereto, and will be considered.
