NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition: Warsaw Retirement, by Bret Miller/Miller Land Surveying, Inc., which is a proposal to subdivide 10.486 acres into 3 lots. The property is located at NW 1/4, Sect 32, T33N, R6E. The hearing has been set for Monday, September 14, 2009 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E. Market St., Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
