The property is located at NW 1/4, Sect 32, T33N, R6E. The hearing has been set for Monday, September 14, 2009 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E. Market St., Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal.
