NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Theodore Krammer requesting an amendment to the Wayne Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 003-024-003.B an E Side Fox Farm Rd, 261' N of Old Rd 30 (Lake St.) and described as follows, to wit: A parcel of land located in the southeast quarter of section 6, township 32 north, range 6 east, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public road (Fox Farm Road - AKA Kimes Road) and the south line of said southeast quarter, said point being witnessed by a 5/8 inch rebar, said point being north 88'090'23" west (bearing assumed), a distance of 1662.13 feet, from a 5/8 inch rebar located at the southeast corner of said southeast quarter; thence north 9º48'31" east along said east right-of-way line, to the northeast corner of a tract of land as described in Deed Record, instrument number 95-05-0570, as recorded in the office of the Kosciusko County Recorder, a distance of 272.56 feet (5/8 inch rebar), said point being the point of beginning; thence continuing along said east right-of-way line north 10º39'53" east (deed record north 8º48'48" east), a distance of 335.69 feet (5/8 inch rebar); thence south 79º16'43" east, a distance of 264.03 feet (5/8) inch rebar); thence south 10º39'53" west, a distance of 285.91 feet, said point being witnessed by a 5/8 inch rebar set, north 89º57'27" west, along the north line of aforementioned tract, to the point of beginning, a distance of 268.63 feet, containing 1.88 acre more or less.
