NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Don Impey requesting an amendment to the Turkey Creek Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 007-063-105.A. an South Side SR 13, 2300' West 650E and described as follows, to wit: A part of the west half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section 16, township 34 north, range 7 east, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the west half of the west half of said southwest quarter; thence due west along the north line of said southwest quarter and the centerline of State Road No. 13, a distance of 330.0 feet to the point of beginning of this description: thence South 00 degrees 55 minutes West, a distance of 1320.0 feet; thence due west a distance of 330.0 feet; thence north 0 degrees 55 minutes west, a distance of 1320.0 feet to the north line of aforesaid quarter section and State Road No. 13; thence due east along the north line of said southwest quarter and State Road No. 13, a distance of 330.0 feet to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
