NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Kim & Monica Grubbs requesting an amendment to the Plain Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 029-107-001.B an West Side 150 E, South of 350 N, and described as follows, to wit: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a mag nail found at the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section 27; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes west (assumed bearing), on and along the north line of the southwest quarter of said section 27, being within the right-of-way of County Road 350 North, a distance of 325.83 feet to a mag nail; thence south 00 degrees 38 minutes 48 seconds east, parallel to the east line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 267.40 feet to an iron pin; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east parallel to said north line, a distance of 325.83 feet to a mag nail on said east line; thence north 00 degrees 38 minutes 48 seconds west, on and along said east ine, being within the right-of-way of County Road 150 East, a distance of 267.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.000 acres of land more or less. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential Subdivision according to the provisions of the Kosciusko County Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance.
