NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Church of God requesting an amendment to the Seward Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 025-075-127.AA an South Side 850 S, 147 Feet East of 700 W and described as follows, to wit: Parcel ID: 025-075-127.AA A tract of land located in the sate of Indiana, county of Kosciusko, township of Seward, being a portion of section 27, township 31 north, range 5 east, bounded on the north by county 850 south and more fully described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 27, township 31 north, range 5 east, being a railroad spike at the intersection of county roads 700 west and 850 south; thence south 89 degrees 15 minutes east, 147.58 feet along the north line of the southwest quarter also being the centerline of county road 850 south to a pk nail and the point of beginning; thence continuing south 89 degrees 15 minutes east, 352.14 feet along said north line to railroad spike; thence south 00 degrees 45 minutes west, 147.58 feet to a point; thence north 89 degrees 15 minutes west, 349.38 feet to an iron pin; thence north 00 degrees 20 minutes west, 147.58 feet to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
