NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing, on a petition remanded back to the Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court #1 Judge, (Case Number 08002V - Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals, Cause Number 43D01-0801-PL-22 - Kosciusko County Superior Court #1), filed by JOHN & MARLAINE YEAKEY requesting a Variance from the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance to allow: Construction of a new residence within 35.09 feet from a 12 foot access easement (as platted) or 14.63 feet from a 12 foot access easement (as used). Property Location: Key # 005-027-048, located at 10 EMS T21 Lane, Leesburg, Indiana and lying on the northeasterly side of Forest Glen Avenue and 990 feet northwest of County Road 450 East, on the southern side of Tippecanoe Lake. Property is also known as Lot 23 in the Revised Plat of Lantzing Bay Addition to Tippecanoe Lake Resort.
