PUBLIC NOTICE McCon Building Corporation (1059 Circle Drive, PO Box 247, Highland WI 53543) is submitting a NOI letter to notify the City of Warsaw and the Indiana Department of Environmental management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Stormwater Drainage Ordinance of the City of Warsaw, as well as the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 and 327 IAC 15-13, to discharge storm water for the construction activities for the following project: Culver's Restaurant, located in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located in the northwest quarter of section 10, township 32 north, range 6 east, northeast of the intersection of US 30 and Parker Street. Run-off from the project site will discharge tot eh Beyer-Brady Ditch.
