The general legal description is Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32 North and Range 6 East, in Wayne Civil Township, Kosciusko County. The new subdivision is on the south and east side of Gilliam Dr. within the Rolling Hills Subdivision. Construction Activities will commence within 180 days of this notice and last approximately until the fall of 2012.
