NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION Notice is hereby given to the General Public that VanVactor Construction, LLC, Inc. (2930 Miller Drive; Plymouth, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 "Storm Water Runoff Associated with Construction Activity" (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from activities associated with the construction of a building. All work will be located on a 3.71 acre tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 6 East of the 2nd Principal Meridian in Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
