Notestine Resigns From Red Cross

Becky Notestine, executive director of the Kosciusko County chapter of the American Red Cross, has resigned. She said she plans to work closer to her home in Allen County.

Notestine came to Kosciusko County in January 1993 as the marketing director for health and safety programs. She was appointed executive director in November 1993.

Under Notestine's guidance, participation in Red Cross programs has grown more than 300 percent.

She also has been active in the community as a member of the Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and as a member of the Morning Optimist Club.

She said: "It has been my honor to work with the volunteers in Kosciusko County. They are a great group of people sharing their talents to make Kosciusko County a wonderfully caring community. Thank you for allowing me to serve you for the past nine years." [[In-content Ad]]
