NORTH WEBSTER – Town council approved the 2015 terminal data service agreement Tuesday, a fee of $1,000.
The inter-local agreement with Kosciusko County allows the North Webster Police Department to access the shared county data system for law enforcement.
Also Tuesday, Utilities Superintendent Mike Noe said he’s been approached about installing a sidewalk from the North Webster Community Center to the U.S. Post Office, along Ind. 13. He said the first phase would be to have an engineer draft plans and submit them to the Indiana Department of Transportation, since the sidewalk would be in the right of way of a state highway.
Plans would also have to be sent to the state for curbs along Ind. 13 in front of the American Legion post, a request council President Jon Sroufe relayed.
Rick Pharis with engineering firm Triad Associates Inc. said he could come back with quotes to draft the plans.[[In-content Ad]]
