ATTENTION North Webster Utility CUSTOMERS:
The Town of North Webster is applying for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (IOCRA) and is currently seeking grant funding to complete wastewater improvements. The CDBG Program is a federally funded grant program intended to benefit a majority of low-to-moderate income persons with various community development public assistance projects such as planning studies, improvements to community centers, wastewater, water, roads, bridges, etc….To receive the federally funded grant dollars, an income survey must be completed.
If you receive an income survey in the mail within the next two weeks from the Town of North Webster/ Nannette Van De Voorde from NV Grant Services, LLC, this means you have been randomly selected to participate in this important process. The survey will only take a few moments of your time.
Your continued support and participation in this data collection process is crucial for the success of the grant application/project. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and only a collective summary of the information will be provided to the Town and included in the application. Official representatives of the town will never ask for any personally identifiable information such as your social security number or bank account information.
It is vital that the survey be completed fully and returned in the self-addressed stamped envelope as soon as possible. Your cooperation concerning this matter is greatly appreciated.
