The Candle of Hope that has marked the progress of Kosciusko County United Way campaigns for several years has been retired. The new sign, placed on the courthouse lawn in Warsaw, was designed and painted by Kay Anglin of Anglin Signs. The theme for the United Way campaigns for the next five years will be 'Building A Caring Community.' So far this campaign, 25 percent of the $950,000 goal has been reached. Pictured are (L to R) Judy Reneker, campaign chairwoman; Rebecca Notestine, agency division chairwoman; and Lowell Owens, accountant captain. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union[[In-content Ad]]
