No Incumbents

I've been reading the letters of grave concern about our country, and the terrible direction we are heading.

Our polititians are not listening, and when we question them, they call us trouble makers. Politicians get automatic pay raises annually, and retirement after a short time in office. From what I can see they do not deserve it. These same officials are trying to tell the fat cats of the banking failure they should not get paid because the government thinks they are paid too much.

My opinion is our politicians are getting paid for nothing also! All the while the people on social security have to decide between medicine, food or housing. The fine men and women that have given so much for the military, have pretty much gotten screwed over every way imaginable.

We still need health care reform that is fair for its citizens. Not the kind of deal we now have thanks to President Obama backing down to the insurance companies. All the promises we have heard were not kept. A politician is not a career, and shouldn't be.

We Americans can change that if we have the guts to vote all incumbents out. If they have two terms send them home. That's the only way we will end the strangle hold they have on America. As for me I choose to take back my beloved country. When I was growing up, America was mighty and proud!

Today we are proud but not as mighty because of all the selling out that has been going on the last 10-20 years. It is election time again, more promises to get elected. And you know what will become of them. So forget party politics and what's good for special interest and do what is good for all Americans and our United States of America. After all we are the owners that are paying for it.
