Summer means a welcome return of so many of our favorite local fairs, festivals and parades throughout Kosciusko County.
While each event has its own distinct identity, a common thread is the chance to visit with our neighbors and friends.
I look forward to connecting with folks at these events this summer, and hope readers will share their questions and concerns with me.  During the Kosciusko County Fair next month, please look for me at the Republican Party booth.
