Newswanger Receives Theater Owners Scholarship

Alyssa Newswanger, an employee of North Pointe Cinemas, Warsaw, is one of three students to be chosen by the scholarship committee to receive a Theater Owners of Indiana Ann L. Craft Scholarship.

This is a new program for the association. The scholarships will be awarded annually to three students employed by motion picture theaters throughout Indiana.

Newswanger has been a North Pointe Cinemas employee for more than two years. She was chosen by the committee for her exemplary work performance, scholastic accomplishments and proven leadership abilities in school and outside activities.

Newswanger plans to attend the University of Evansville this fall. She will pursue a career in archaeology.[[In-content Ad]]
