Gary and Vickie Neff, Spring Hill, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brianne Neff, formerly of Warsaw, to Jevan Haarer, formerly of Goshen. He is the son of Tim and Vanja Haarer, Goshen.
The bride-to-be is a case manager at Hensley Legal Group, Indianapolis. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
The groom-elect will graduate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Mich., in September 2013.
The couple plan an Aug. 24, wedding.
