NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION The City of Nappanee Plan commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 7 :00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #01-11-PLN flied by B. Doriot & Associates. representing Steven Hochstetler, 503 Fox Circle Nappanee, Indiana 46550 for a review of a Preliminary Plat of Hochstetler Minor Subdivision. Hochstetler Minor Subdivision is located on the corner of E. Market Street and Family Fare Drive and previously known as 100 Family Fare Drive. more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of the East one-half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Thirty-five (35) North, Range Five (5) East, in the City of Nappanee, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a bronze plug in the pavement at the Southeast comer of said Quarter Section; thence due West along the South line of said Quarter Section Eight Hundred Seventy (870) feet for the beginning point of this description; thence due North parallel with the East line of said Quarter Section Three Hundred Twenty-one and Seventy·five Hundredths (321.75) feet; thence due west One Hundred Forty (140) feet; thence due South Three Hundred Twenty-one and Seventy-five Hundredths (321.75) feet to the South line of said Quarter Section; thence due East along the South line of said Quarter Section One Hundred Forty (140) feet to the place of beginning. Subject to any and all easements, current taxes, assessments, restriction and rights of way of record. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Indiana, City Muncipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee. Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
